THE CORRESPONDENCE

The two letters below, from MS. LYNN WEYANT, DIRECTOR OF TRAFFIC SAFETY, were in response to my complaint about not being able to see oncoming traffic, because of the large about of automobiles, parked in front of 856 ROUTE 25A.







In spite of the statements, made by Mr. Frank Pearson, below, from the New York State Department of Transportation, THERE HAS BEEN NO INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED BY THEM, IN OVER ONE YEAR.

TO DATE, THERE HAS STILL BEEN NO INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED.




Below, is my response to Mr. Pearson's letter.












On March 22, 2009, I had a telephone conversation, with Mr. Frank Pearson, NYS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, asking for an update of this Case.
I stated to him, that there was tampering with his investigation, and that ANY investigation by the New York State Department of Transportation, would be "tainted", because the Property Owner had been informed of my complaints.





THE TRAFFIC PROBLEM ON TYLER AVE. & ROUTE 25A

If you ever have, driven onto Route 25A, from Tyler Avenue or Radio Avenue, I'm sure, you have had a problem seeing your way, safely, from oncoming traffic.

The Traffic Problem revolves around 856 ROUTE 25A.


It's a two story office building, located, about 100 feet from the intersection of Tyler Avenue, on the South side of Route 25A.




According to the Town Assessor's Office, the building is under two names :

DAN & NANCY KENNEDY, of 68 OLEETA RD. MT. SINAI, N.Y.


ALTHEA & VINCENT P. RICHARDSON, of 68 OLEETA RD., MT. SINAI, N.Y.


Currently, the businesses in this building, are :

This property location is SECTION 99 ; BLOCK 8 ; LOT 25 .

The Owner of Record, is CARTONI, L.L.C., 25 Deerfield Crescent, Wading River, N.Y..

The property was originally purchased, in December 2007, for $197,000.00; the assessed valuation of this lot is $123,287.00.

The property has been sold, for some time now, and is, allegedly, awaiting approval by the Town of Brookhaven. Though NO deed has been recorded for this allegedly, "sold" property, a deed has to be filed at "closing".

NOW the lot, is being used as DUMP !



ACROSS THE STREET, is EXPRESS LAWN SERVICE (429-7730)...Hmmmm !
